Exchanges, Refunds and Returns
Here at Nerd Kulture, we strive to ensure that each and every order exceeds the expectations of the customer. However, we do realize that there may be times when your order isn't the right size or is damaged/defective. If your items are damaged or defective, you have 30 days from the time of delivery to request an exchange or a refund.
To do an exchange or get a refund, you will need to send an email to please use our contact form. In the email, please list your order number, the reason for the exchange, return and any images that may help us look further into your problem (if the product was damaged, for example).
We only offer exchanges if:
-If your clothes aren't the correct size, we offer FREE exchanges.
-If your clothes are damaged or defective, we offer FREE exchanges.
-If your items are damaged or defective, we offer FREE exchanges.
NOTE: You CANNOT get and exchange AND a refund! Also, we can only do ONE exchange. For example, if you get a hoodie, and it doesn't fit, we can issue you an exchange OR a refund. If you go with the exchange, and the product still doesn't fit, we CANNOT issue you a refund. Please be sure to read the size charts, the descriptions and know your measurements BEFORE ordering clothes.
We only offer refunds if:
-You never received your item.
-If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival
-If the item isn't the correct size and you want a refund instead of an exchange.
We realize that ordering products online, while exciting, can be frustrating, especially if the item did not meet your expectations. Our refund process if HASSLE FREE. Basically, if you did not receive the product or if the product doesn't meet your needs for the reasons listed above, we will refund you with no questions asked.
When asking for a refund, please do the following:
-Use our contact form.
-Please respectfully go into detail about why you would like a refund, and please provide images of the item if it was damaged/defective. Also, please be sure to include your order number.
We take pride in our customer service, and our customer service team tends to all inquiries with respect and care. All that we ask, is that when asking for a refund, you are courteous and respectful with our team, as they will be courteous and respectful towards you.
We generally don't take returns. We have a small corporate office in Dallas, Texas and several warehouses overseas. It would cost more (for both parties) to return an item. You would have to pay money to return it to us and we would have to pay money to get the return shipped back to the respective warehouse.
If your item is damaged or defective, we ask that you discard the product or donate it (depending on what your ordered and the condition of it). We will send over a replacement product (exchange) or refund you, depending on your wishes.
