Holiday & Pandemic Notice: If you order between November-December, please be aware that there may be delays in shipping and delivery. The holiday season is the mail carriers busiest time of year, so please be aware that delivery times may be longer if you order during the holiday season. There is a possibility that your order may not arrive in time for Christmas!
Please also be aware that are still in the middle of a pandemic! If this is a problem for you and you have issues with being patient, we advise you NOT to order from us! This will save us both a lot of headaches in the future! Thanks!
When you shop at Nerd Kulture, you will always get FREE SHIPPING on all items, no matter what country you are in. Shipping can sometimes be unpredictable (as you may already know), and we do not want you to come out of pocket for shipping, especially if the package does not come on time, so we absorb all shipping costs for you!
Our products typically ship from our warehouse in Europe and Asia, just so we can fulfill orders quickly and get you your products as soon as possible. We are working on getting a US warehouse as well.
On average, orders that are delivered to the USA take 12-30 days. However, it could take 20-40 days to reach other countries. It really depends on where you are located and the processes of your mail carriers. If you are concerned about shipping time, you can always contact us directly using our contact form.
Once you place your order, because of order volume, it will take 2-4 business day to process. However, this does vary. Sometimes it can take 1 day, sometimes, depending on the order volume, it can take up to 7 days.
Once your order is finished processing and a tracking code is generated, you will be given a tracking code by the warehouse. You can track your package 3 different ways.

Method 3 - You can always Google your tracking number. If you type in your tracking number, it will give you a list of options for the carriers.
Once your package reaches your country, you can then track your package using your normal postal site. So, for example, if you are an American customer, you can track via USPS. If you are a Canadian customer, you can track using Canada Post. If you are an Australian customer, you can track using Australia Post.
