Shipping and Tracking Info
HOLIDAY SEASON NOTICE:
We are now in the holiday season! This means that shipping can be delayed! Please understand that this is the BUSIEST TIME OF YEAR for mail carriers. As a result, shipping can be delayed and packages can come later than expected.
When you shop at Nerd Kulture, you will always get FREE SHIPPING on all items, no matter what country you are in. Shipping can sometimes be unpredictable (as you may already know), and we do not want you to come out of pocket for shipping, especially if the package does not come on time, so we absorb all shipping costs for you!
Our products typically ship from our warehouse in Europe and Asia, just so we can fulfill orders quickly and get you your products as soon as possible. We are working on getting a US warehouse as well.
On average, orders that are delivered to the USA take 12-20 days. However, it could take 12-30 days (sometimes longer) to reach other countries. It really depends on where you are located and the processes of your mail carriers. If you are concerned about shipping time, you can always contact us directly using our contact form.
Important Note: If you order between November-December, please be aware that there may be delays in shipping and delivery. The holiday season is the mail carriers busiest time of year, so please be aware that delivery times may be longer if you order during the holiday season.
Once you place your order, because of order volume, it will take 2-4 business day to process. However, this does vary. Sometimes it can take 1 day, sometimes, depending on the order volume, it can take up to 7 days. However, standard processing time is 2-4 business days.
Once your order is finished processing and a tracking code is generated, you will be given a tracking code by the warehouse.
Important Note: When you get tracking information, it will be sent to you from our warehouse team. Please be aware that our warehouse team uses a DIFFERENT tracking website than your usual mail carrier. When you are given the tracking information, you will start out by tracking the package via their system.
Once the package reaches your country, you will then be able to track the package through your regular postal service using the tracking number you were given.
For example, if your tracking number is 12345, you will track your package through the tracking website the warehouse gives you. Once your package reaches your country, you will then be able to use that same tracking number and track it through your typical postal service website. So, for example, if you live in the United States, once the package reaches said country, you will then go to the USPS website and track it from there.
